Shipments & Delivery 

At Mysa Wears, we confidently take on feedback from our customers and use it to implement a positive change. Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 How long will you take to process & dispatch my order?

  • We normally process and dispatch orders within 48 hours, ensuring order confirmation is complete and payment is received.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand and around holiday dates, e.g. Ramadan, Eid, Hajj, promotional offers and Christmas.
  • Please note we can only dispatch your order Monday to Friday before 4 pm and Saturday before 12pm/ noon.
  • There are no delivery services for the same day, Sunday or Bank Holidays, so in these instances please expect immediate dispatch the next working day.
  • You can login to your account to view your order status. We will also keep you updated by email; confirm your order, when it is dispatched and tracking details.

UK Shipping & Delivery

We offer a range of postage choices s to suit all circumstances for all working days Monday to Friday and Saturday.

We aim to process orders on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 2 pm on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public and UK bank holidays)

We do not deliver on the Same Day, Sundays or any public or bank holidays.

Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class 

Delivery time: 1 to 3 Working Days

For orders placed before 12 pm/noon, we will dispatch the same day to be delivered in 1 to 3 working days (excludes Saturday delivery).

For orders placed after 12 pm/noon Friday through to Sunday delivery can be expected on Tuesday onwards.

You will be provided with your tracking number to keep updated with your orders progress. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a “something for you” card will be posted, you can pick it up from your local sorting office or arrange a redelivery.

Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class 

Delivery time: 3 to 5 Working Days 

For orders placed before 12 pm/noon, we will dispatch the same or next working day to be delivered within 3 to 5 working day (excludes Saturday delivery).

For orders placed after 12 pm/noon Friday through to Sunday delivery can be expected on Wednesday onwards.

You will be provided with your tracking number to keep updated with your orders progress. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a “something for you” card will be posted, you can pick it up from your local sorting office or arrange a redelivery.

Royal Mail Saturday Delivery

Delivery time: Saturday Guaranteed by 1 pm

Signature required. Tracking number will be emailed.

For orders placed before Friday at 12 pm/noon, we will dispatch the same day to be delivered on the next day- Saturday before 1 pm.

For orders placed after the cut off time, Friday 12 noon through to Sunday, we will dispatch on Monday- the next working day- delivery can be expected on Tuesday.

In rare cases, some orders will not be processed due to stock unavailability. In these cases, we aim to contact you immediately.

Your Shipment

  • Next Day delivery is not available over the weekend only working days Monday to Friday. 
  • Important note that Next day delivery cost from £8.55 for UK only is only.
  • If you order on Friday for next day Saturday delivery is only available before 1pm and costs more
  • Next day delivery does not apply to International Orders
  • Next day delivery does not apply to holidays, weekends or bank holidays. 
  • All orders over the value of £10.00 will be sent recorded delivery there is a standard cost for shipping according to the weight of the parcel. 
  • When the goods are dispatched, please allow 1-3 working days for them to reach you in the UK and for international orders, please allow between 5-10 days for them to reach you from the time your order status is updated to shipped.
  • If you do not receive your goods within 3 working days and within 10 working days for international orders from the time your order status is updated to shipped, please email us info@mysawears.comor call us ++44 (0)7770883679 quote your order number. (Please do provide all your contact details so we can respond effectively Insha’Allah).
  • Please ensure your shipping address you specified is correct and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order, as you cannot change the shipping address once it is shipped for that specific order. If your shipping address was incorrect and decide to change to a different address while the order is shipped already, you will need to pay for your order again, including p&p. There will be no refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.
  • If no one is in to receive the order, usually you will receive a card/note saying the order is at your local post office, which you need to take that note and your identification to collect your order. Another scenario (also due to incorrect addresses) is the package will be sent back to us, then you have to wait for the order to return back to us and you will have to pay for the shipping costs again. Last scenario, is the order is totally lost due to incorrect address or no one was able to receive the order, which there will be no refunds.
  • So please ensure that all the details that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our obligation to you effectively. An email will be sent automatically regarding your order so do double check all the details are correct or contact us asap so it can be amended.
  • If you have any special requirements, please let us know and we will, Insha’Allah try to accommodate them.
